CORE Tickets
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms explain the rules for using CORE Tickets, including the public website, dashboard, Discord bot, account-linking system, ticket tools, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CORE Tickets, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, dashboard, Discord bot, account-linking system, or related services.
2. CORE Tickets Services
CORE Tickets may provide Discord ticket management, custom ticket panels, temporary transcript hosting, account linking, Google Workspace group request tools, organisation management, dashboard access, automation tools, and related support infrastructure.
3. Discord Login and Account Linking
Users may log in with Discord and may be able to link a Google account. You are responsible for ensuring that any account you link belongs to you or that you have permission to link it.
Account linking may be used to verify identity, display linked account status, manage access, and support Google Workspace or organisation features.
4. Dashboard Access
Dashboard access is restricted to authorised users. Access may be granted, changed, suspended, locked, disabled, banned, or removed at any time. Users must not attempt to access dashboard areas, Discord servers, organisations, groups, tickets, transcripts, or functions they are not authorised to use.
5. Server-Based Settings
CORE Tickets settings are managed per Discord server. Server administrators and authorised staff are responsible for configuring ticket panels, support roles, transcript settings, escalation paths, categories, logging channels, command prefixes, and related options for their own server.
6. Ticket Panels and Ticket Content
Server administrators and authorised users are responsible for the ticket panels, questions, prompts, messages, categories, and workflows they configure. Users must not configure CORE Tickets to collect information they are not authorised to collect or process.
Ticket messages are normally handled in Discord. CORE Tickets may store metadata about tickets and may generate transcripts only when enabled by server or panel configuration.
7. Transcripts and Temporary Links
Transcript generation is optional and depends on server or panel configuration. Transcripts may be generated on close, deletion, or manual command where enabled.
Temporary hosted transcript links expire after a maximum of 3 days. A transcript can only have one active hosted link at a time. If an active link already exists, CORE Tickets may return the existing link instead of generating a new one.
Deletion transcripts can only be reliably generated when deletion is performed through CORE Tickets commands or buttons. If a Discord channel is manually deleted outside CORE Tickets, a transcript may not be generated.
8. Organisations and Google Workspace Groups
Users may be able to request organisations and Google Workspace group prefixes. Organisation requests are subject to review and approval by authorised CORE administrators.
Approved organisations may only view and manage their own associated groups and members unless wider access has been granted. Organisation users must not attempt to access, view, modify, or interfere with groups belonging to another organisation.
Organisation prefixes must follow the rules set by CORE Tickets and must be available before approval. Protected system accounts may be added to groups and cannot be removed through normal organisation controls.
9. User Responsibilities
When using CORE Tickets, you agree not to:
- Use CORE Tickets for unlawful, abusive, malicious, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to bypass login, access controls, role checks, server restrictions, organisation scoping, or permission systems.
- Access or attempt to access tickets, transcripts, groups, organisations, or dashboard functions you are not authorised to use.
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorised account-linking information.
- Configure ticket panels to collect information you are not authorised to request.
- Misuse transcript links, ticket logs, or organisation group data.
- Exploit, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, damage, or interfere with CORE Tickets services.
10. Administrative Actions
Authorised users may be able to perform administrative actions such as changing ticket settings, managing support roles, generating transcripts, approving organisation requests, viewing group membership, changing account roles, locking accounts, disabling accounts, or applying Discord ID and IP bans.
Administrative actions may be logged for security, accountability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
11. Account Restrictions
CORE Tickets may suspend, disable, lock, restrict, or ban access where misuse, unauthorised access, security concerns, abuse, or policy violations are identified. Restrictions may be permanent or temporary.
12. Availability
CORE Tickets is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous uptime, transcript availability, bot uptime, Discord availability, Google Workspace availability, or that all features will always be available.
13. Third-Party Platforms
CORE Tickets may integrate with third-party platforms including Discord, Google, Google Workspace, hosting providers, and related infrastructure services. Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms, policies, and rules.
14. Data and Privacy
CORE Tickets may process Discord account information, linked Google account information, ticket metadata, transcript metadata, organisation records, Google Workspace group information, dashboard user data, IP addresses, account restriction records, and audit logs as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Intellectual Property
CORE branding, website content, layouts, and related materials are owned by or licensed to CORE unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, misuse, or represent CORE materials as your own without permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
CORE Tickets is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law. CORE is not responsible for indirect losses, service interruptions, transcript expiry, data loss, bot downtime, platform outages, misconfigured ticket panels, unauthorised server staff actions, or issues caused by third-party services.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of CORE Tickets after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be directed to the CORE Support Discord.
