CORE Tickets provides Discord ticket management, account linking, temporary transcript hosting, Google Workspace group request tools, organisation management, and related dashboard services.
2. Information We Collect
CORE Tickets may collect information provided during login, account linking, dashboard use, ticket management, organisation requests, or connected service use. This may include:
- Discord user ID, username, avatar, and server membership information.
- Google account email address where Google linking is used.
- Google Workspace group names, group email addresses, group membership, and organisation prefixes.
- Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, ticket panel settings, and ticket configuration.
- Ticket metadata such as ticket owner, ticket name, panel used, status, assigned staff, close reason, delete reason, escalation status, and timestamps.
- Transcript metadata where transcripts are enabled, including transcript creation time, log message reference, temporary link status, and expiry time.
- Dashboard roles, access permissions, login timestamps, and administrative audit log activity.
- Account status records, including disabled accounts, locked accounts, Discord ID bans, and IP bans.
- IP address and basic request information for security, abuse prevention, and access control.
